New Feature: Projects

For fulfillment to run smoothly, a lot has to happen. Your items need to be barcoded, kitted, picked and packed…and the list goes on. That’s why we’ve developed multiple workflows in a new Projects feature that allows you to submit projects directly through the Airhouse platform.

Introducing Projects 

Newly located in your navigation bar when you sign into the Airhouse platform, the Projects feature is your one-stop shop for submitting projects.

Here you can submit project requests related to custom services including:

• Kitting
• Barcoding
• Restock
• Case creation or breakdown
• Wholesale orders
• Inventory audits
• And various other projects

This feature removes the need for email threads with your account teams to get a project request submitted and completed. It also allows us to review and store project details, track SLAs, share status updates, and ensure accurate invoice charges—so you can get the most out of your fulfillment with Airhouse.

Some additional benefits include:

• Attribute projects directly to Restock and specific orders in Airhouse
• Save project details so you can save time submitting them again in the future
• Submit supporting documents or other attachments with the request
• Request quotes and/or images before project completion for extra peace of mind
• Track all active project requests and statuses in one place
• See transparent, itemized invoice charges tied directly to specific projects
